Some Users Can’t Find Cloud Mailboxes and Moved Mailboxes

If one or a few of your users cannot find mailboxes, check if you are using a hybrid environment and your exchange server is 2010. All the users are moved to Office 365.

Try to do the following. This may help you solve the issue for a few users who can’t find Cloud:

  • Re-Run HCW
  • Go through Office 365 and check if you have the O365 console.
  • Change the device and ask the users to also use a different device to see if the problem resolves.

These above solutions are simple but most of the time, they work successfully.
